Magical Holiday Pops Concert Delights Audience with Festive Cheer
The Georgia Symphony Orchestra and Chorus delivered a festive spectacle at the annual Holiday Pops Concert. Excitement was in the air as Music Director Timothy Verville led the orchestra through repertoire that spanned classic carols to modern renditions of festive favorites. The set of performances were a joyous celebration of the season.
The audience joined in a lively sing-a-long medley of beloved holiday tunes. Closing out the program, Santa, with a twinkle in his eye, took to the stage to conduct the orchestra through a playful rendition of “Sleigh Ride.”
