Lacie Bowlware is an accomplished violist with degrees from the University of Oklahoma and the University of Colorado Boulder. She was a long-term member of the Oklahoma City Philharmonic and has appeared frequently in the Oklahoma’s Scissortail Chamber Series, where she enjoyed collaborating with fellow musicians in an intimate chamber music setting. An active freelance performer, Lacie plays regularly with the Atlanta Opera, Atlanta Pops, Georgia Symphony Orchestra, and Chattanooga Symphony Orchestra. In addition to her performing career, she is a dedicated Suzuki-certified teacher with Woodstock Strings, where she enjoys nurturing the next generation of young musicians. When not performing or teaching, Lacie values time spent with her family—Ben, Harper, Ezra, and their self-proclaimed “world’s worst dog,” Huckleberry.
