GSO 75th Anniversary Season Kick-Off
6:00 pm – 7:15 pm | Reeves House Visual Arts Center, 734 Reeves St., Woodstock
Experience an intimate, one-night-only gathering offering a first look at the season ahead. Enjoy a behind-the-scenes conversation with Music Director and Conductor Timothy Verville, a special performance by GYSO alumnus and 2024 Concerto Competition winner Ryan Dater, and an exclusive 75th Anniversary commemorative keepsake.
Tickets are $45 per person and include delectable bites from Center Cut Catering, a complimentary drink (beer, wine, or a non-alcoholic beverage), and priority entry to “The Suite Life: Ellington, Basie and More” concert featuring GSO Jazz, presented as part of the Woodstock Arts Lantern Series. A cash bar will be available.

The Suite Life: Ellington, Basie and More
7:30 pm – 9:30 pm | Woodstock Arts Event Green, 111 Elm St., Woodstock
Experience the elegance and electricity of big band jazz during an unforgettable night under the stars. Led by saxophone legend Sam Skelton, the GSO Jazz Orchestra breathes new life into iconic jazz suites by Duke Ellington, Count Basie, and others. From bold brass to smooth swing, this is big band jazz at its most stylish and soul-stirring.
